All in stock products may be returned in unused condtion with in 10 days of shipped date for exchange or refund of purchased price.

Custom products may only be returned if there is a problem with the workmanship. 

In stock would be any product made without any modifications.

Custom products would be any item that the pattern was altered in size/shape or has had brands/interest or names  added to meet your requirements.

Ontario - Under 5 lbs -- $10.00
All other provinces - Under 5 lbs -- $15.00
United states - Under 5 lbs -- $25.00
